Initial inquiry  via e-mail or inquiry form on Kai Photography home page

Indicate your preferred date of photo session, or wedding and include details of your vision for your photo session!

A deposit* and signing of photography agreement is required to book a date.

*Clients will bear the cost of any bank or Paypal transfer fees.

Discussion between photographer & couple
The photographer will listen to the client's preferences and together we will decide the finer details of the photo session. This includes the shooting locations, outfits, schedule , mode of transportation and so on.


Day of photography

Final payment due after the wedding or photo shoot in cash in JPY

For Prewedding Portraits

Delivery of original images
Photographer delivers original images via online download, four to five weeks* after photo session.

Clients make image selection for fine editing.

Please note the photographer selects images for sending. (e.g. remove images where the eyes are closed, passer by in shot etc.) All images will be in JPEG. Original unedited images will be delivered in web-optimized JPEG files. RAW files are not available for viewing or purchase.

 

For Wedding/  Proposal /Engagement Portraits

Delivery of edited images

Photographer delivers edited images via online download, four to five weeks* after photo session.
Please note the photographer selects images for sending. (e.g. remove images where the eyes are closed, passer by in shot etc.) All images will be in JPEG. RAW
files are not available for viewing or purchase.

 

*Delivery image period may be longer during peak season in March, April, November and December.

For Prewedding Portraits

Delivery of Edited Images

Photographer delivers finely edited images via online download. Please allow three to five weeks for delivery of finely edited images. Finely edited images will be in print-optimized JPEGs, suitable for album and large print printing.  Please allow additional one to two months for photo book delivery.  When possible, photographer can try rush editing to suit client’s wedding schedule.
